1. Export URLs
Screaming Frog crawl. Export all HTML URLs (indexable).
2. Add performance data
GSC performance export. merge by URL.
3. Add engagement data
GA4. traffic, engagement time, conversions per page.
4. Add SEO data
Ahrefs export. backlinks per URL.
5. Classify each URL
Categories:
- Keep. performing, valuable.
- Update. relevant but outdated.
- Merge. similar to other, consolidate.
- Delete. no traffic, no links, no value.
6. Prioritize updates
Sort by:
- Traffic (higher = more important).
- Backlinks (more = worth keeping).
- Recent rankings (fallen = need update).
7. Execute
Schedule updates over 3-6 months. Monitor impact.
